As an individual passionate about catering I have formed Unity Catering Management a catering consultancy company utilising my knowledge, skills and ability to help support schools in providing a cost effective in house catering service.
I started my career as a chef working in hotels, private hospitals, colleges and then progressing into management.
In my previous appointment as a highly motivated, successful Operations Manager, I have actively managed a comprehensive team of fourteen managers, influencing the delivery of superior quality customer focused services, to three hundred and fifty different multi-site establishments. I have streamlined and established effective lean working processes.
I am an experienced trainer, delivering quality assured accredited training in Food Safety, Health and Safety and Fire training all affiliated to an examining body. I deliver training very much using ‘a hands on; approach incorporating my skills and experience from my catering background alongside my theoretical knowledge and qualifications.
I receive excellent evaluations for training provision and have successfully been assessed by local government authorities.
